What We offer
Roulston rugby will instill a love for the game and introduce kids to the camaraderie and fellowship associated with New Zealand's national sport.
The aim of these school and club team sessions is to assist coaches and players with preparation of the team. Members will be trained in the required performance areas, how to play to a game plan, understanding their role and responsibility to the team and the teamwork required to play the game successfully.
We offer a range of opportunities from fundamental skill sessions to group and position specific sessions. These are designed to introduce players to a three-step learning process, guiding them through the necessary progressions of player development.
